zNetLaB (znetlab.com) is an online service for learning and practising networking, operated from India by Pankaj Dohre. Everything you buy here is digital.

1. Nothing is shipped

zNetLaB plans and large-device slots are access to an online service. Nothing is sent by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

2. When you get access

• Access is activated immediately after a successful payment — normally within a few minutes — on the zNetLaB account you paid from.
• You can see your plan under Profile → Plan.
• A plan is a monthly subscription and stays active for the period paid for; a large-device slot lasts one month.

3. If access is not active

If your payment went through but your plan or slot is not active within 24 hours, write to support@znetlab.com with your order id or payment id. We will activate it or refund the payment — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
